When purchasing courses, you can choose not to buy for yourself, and create enrolment keys instead. These keys (e.g. 1234-ABCD-56EF-78GF) can then be distributed to your colleagues by email. All your colleague needs to do is login or register and enter the code on their My Courses page. They will gain instant access to the learning you purchased on their behalf.
